Lisa Bradley is an Intuitive Energy Healing Practitioner from Smithers B.C, her passion is helping others and studying healing arts.
Balancing energy, releasing emotions, messages from loved ones/spirits, and inspiration. Energy Healing can open your consciousness to recognize the deeper connection between mind, body, and spirit. Sometimes referred to as a “Massage for the Soul,” these sessions can vary greatly depending on your intention and the plan of action you and I co-create to best serve you!
Are you struggling with stress, depression or anxiety? Stuck in a rut? Do you need insight, wisdom and guidance?
Also focusing on the energy field (aura) that surrounds our bodies, chakras, organs, and individual cells. Lisa addresses blockages and opens the natural channels of your being at an energetic level, so mind, body, and spirit are functioning together optimally.
Lisa will meet with you and discuss your intentions and expectations for healing. Then, you relax on a massage table, fully clothed, and experience the energy work. Each session combines hands-on energy work with an intuitive experience, as she’s guided. May integrate other elements such as acupressure, muscle testing, oracle cards, alchemy spray/sage, pendulum, crystals, aromatherapy, and breath-work,
Afterward, you will talk with Lisa about what came up during the session and ways to maintain the healing.
Energy Healing appointments are 30,45 or 60 minutes.

Hi! My name is Ken, and I have lived in the beautiful Bulkley Valley for 15 years. I am a Life Coach, and member of the International Coaching Federation. I am a father to three adult children, and enjoy gardening, dual sport motorcycling, and refereeing team sports.
I recently completed a certificate program at Rhodes Wellness College (Vancouver) and bring over 20 years of experience working in Human Services. I have been a teacher, special needs aide, church pastor, non-profit organization administrator, youth support worker, school bus driver and even a chauffeur! When working with people I am continually fascinated by the potential people have, inspired when they realize their hopes and aspirations, and enjoy celebrating with them as they experience personal fulfillment.
My education began in Interdisciplinary Studies at Redeemer University (B.A., 1993), and then a master’s degree from Calvin Theological Seminary (M.Div, 2002), where I also had intensives in counseling and marriage / family systems. I have received additional training in restorative justice / conversations and have extensive experience in teaching overseas. Some of my greatest joys came when training staffs of orphanages in Ukraine, and living and learning with men transitioning out of homelessness and addiction in Russia.
Perhaps like no other time in human history, we are challenged with never-ending change in a more and more complicated world. The pace of life we usually set for ourselves does not afford time for reflection and retreat, and all too often we neglect ourselves in the process of trying to keep up and sort through what is best for ourselves. The result is often that we find ourselves frazzled, unsure, anxious, and even paralyzed when faced with next steps.
As a Life Coach, it’s my role to partner with you on a journey of self-discovery. You are the best expert on yourself! Through empathy, active and intuitive listening, critical questions, and supportive accountability, we can work together towards the future you desire. Whether transitioning in your career, facing a challenge in your friend or family circle, looking to move forward through a challenge in being a leader or finding your place in a work or social system, I can come alongside and ensure that you move forward through your present situation toward your desired future.
My goal is simply to foster your empowerment, so that you complete the changes you wish to make, meet the challenges you seek to overcome, and attain the goals that you have set. And when those things happen, we congratulate you on your successes and continue the journey towards more challenges, or you decide you are empowered sufficiently to coach yourself!
If you have any questions or would like further information, do not hesitate to reach out. I would be glad to spend 15 minutes with you in a free “discovery call” so we can see if and how we can work together.
All the best! And excited to move forward with you!

Life Coaching is unique from counseling in that it focuses on the present and how to move towards a desired future and does not provide therapy for past traumas. In contrast to consulting or mentoring, in a coaching relationship the client is the expert, and the coach facilitates their discovery process. Hello Smithers and surrounding areas,
My name is Jade and I am here to offer you Relaxation massage , Reiki , and help you meet your health and wellness goals.
I am originally from the Shuswap (Sicamous) where I became a certified Relaxation massage practitioner in 2014, and also completed my level 2 Reiki practitioner in 2014 , furthering my studies in 2021 becoming a certified Natural health consultant, and in 2023 becoming a certified fitness instructor and fitness coach, Health and wellness has always been a big passion of mine and I look forward to sharing that with you.
What is Reiki?
Reiki is a hands on form of energy healing. In our body we have 7 different energy centres known as Chakras. These Chakras start at the base of your spine (known as the root chakra) and flow up to the top of your head (known as the crown chakra). These energy centres correspond to specific nerve bundles and internal organs of the body, if these energy centres get blocked you may experience physical or emotional symptoms related to a particular chakra. For example : someone with a blocked root chakra could experience symptoms in the bladder or colon area. Or emotional symptoms such as anxiety , depression and insecurities.
A reiki session involves the client to lay on a massage table fully clothed in the supine position (laying on your back face up). Every practitioner works different , but generally I start at the feet and work my way up holding my hands over each chakra for different amounts of time to get the energy flowing through each centre , your session will include a chakra scan one done at the beginning and one done at the end. Before the session is over you will also experience a calming sound therapy technique as I play my Tibetan singing bowl to thoroughly relax the mind and body with every different frequency.
What is a natural health consultant?
A natural health consultant is someone who has extensive knowledge about natural health, herbs, vitamins, minerals and nutrition.
If you’re interested in taking a more natural approach to your health I am happy to work with you to help you succeed whether that be a diet change , creating natural remedies for ailments and so much more!
